ORDERS

There is no minimum quantity on the first order placed with us, if in stock.

Minimum order on subsequent orders is £50.00 unless otherwise agreed in advance.

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. (We are not currently registered for VAT.)

Payment is by pro-forma on your first order. Subsequent orders payment is within 30 days.

All sales are on a firm sale basis, we do not offer sale or return on any of our products.

All products remain the property of Memo Studio until paid for in full.

We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. Any increase of price will be updated on our website and confirmed at time of the order .

Packs cannot to split to sell items individually. If you require items packaged differently please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your requirements.

We try to ensure that all photography and descriptions on our website are accurate, though sometimes some minor variations may unfortunately occur.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on orders over £75.00.

We will deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. We will always notify you in advance of any delay.

The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes on international orders.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your products and we try to ensure that your order arrives with you in perfect condition. If however during shipping, some damage has occurred or you are not entirely satisfied, please let us know within 3 working days of receipt of your delivery. We will be happy to refund or replace damaged items if they are returned to us in the original packaging. We will respond via email within 14 days to confirm if you are entitled to a full refund. We recommend all items that are returned to us are sent using a tracked and signed for postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit. We will be happy to refund postage if a refund is agreed.

We do not give consent to sell our products on any third party market place such as eBay, Amazon etc without prior agreement.
